The Credit Guarantee Fund's First Penguin company support program is designed
to discover and provide strong financial support to companies with innovative technologies and ideas.
True to its name, which signifies the first domestic challenger, the program selects and supports companies
expected to play a leading role in their respective fields.
Through this First Penguin selection, AeiRobot has secured a loan guarantee limit of up to 1.5 billion won, which it plans to use to accelerate technology development and expand market presence.
AeiRobot has established itself as a leading humanoid robot company in Korea,
notably winning the humanoid soccer competition 'RoboCup' for three consecutive years.
Particularly, the company aimed to commercialize humanoid robots for industrial applications and demonstrated
its technological prowess by releasing the 'ALICE 4th Generation' humanoid robot this year.
